Shipping & Delivery
Delivery areas and charges
Delivery is arranged for Australian addresses where a suitable supplier and courier service are available. Ask us to check your postcode. Remote locations, islands and some addresses may require a separate quote or may not be serviceable. We confirm delivery availability and charges before payment; free or express shipping is not automatically included.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Scooters are ordered from suppliers on request and may be dispatched directly to your address. Dispatch depends on confirmed stock and supplier processing. We provide an estimated dispatch and delivery timeframe before payment and communicate material delays. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date, but does not remove your rights if supply is delayed.
Address and tracking
Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact number. Tell us immediately if a correction is needed; changes may be limited after dispatch. We pass on tracking information when the supplier or courier provides it. Confirm any safe-drop or signature arrangements with us before ordering.
Batteries and transport
Lithium-battery products need suitable transport arrangements. Available delivery services may differ from those for ordinary accessories. We confirm the service for your order rather than promising air freight or a particular courier.
Missing, damaged or delayed delivery
Contact iWorkshop promptly if delivery is missing, damaged or delayed. Keep packaging and photos where possible. We investigate with the supplier or courier and work with you on an appropriate solution. Your statutory rights do not depend on buying optional shipping insurance.
Unable to supply
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we contact you about an alternative or refund. We do not substitute a different model or add delivery charges after purchase without your agreement.
