Ordering with iWorkshop
This website presents electric scooters and accessories offered through iWorkshop Mobility at Westfield Booragoon. Use “Enquire to order” to contact us. An enquiry is not a completed purchase. Before payment we confirm the model and variant, supplier availability, total price, delivery arrangements and applicable product warranty in writing. An order is accepted when iWorkshop confirms acceptance.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. We confirm the total payable, including applicable taxes and any delivery charges, before you agree to purchase. If a listing contains an error, we explain the correction before accepting an order; we do not increase an accepted order price without your agreement.
Supplier fulfilment
Scooters are sourced from suppliers for customer orders and may be shipped directly to you. iWorkshop is your seller and your contact for order questions, delivery problems and product concerns. Supplier stock can change; we confirm availability before taking payment. If an accepted order cannot be supplied, we contact you to agree an alternative or arrange a refund.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We check whether dispatch has occurred and explain available options and any proposed costs before proceeding. This does not restrict cancellation or refund rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
Your purchase terms
Read the Refund & Returns, Warranty, Shipping & Delivery and Disclaimer pages alongside your order confirmation. Any additional agreed terms are recorded before payment. Website updates apply to future orders and do not retrospectively reduce rights for an existing purchase.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
